After graduating from the Technological Center for Computers & Electronics in Jerusalem, Israel in 1981, Adi served in the Israeli Air Force for five years after which he moved to the United States and attended the acclaimed Adizes Institute for Business Management in California. He has taken his knowledge, dedication and passion into the business world as an established electrical contractor over the last 19 years.

With the construction of well over 1000 high rise units under his belt, Vardan has covered projects ranging from high end custom homes to the Century Plaza Hotel, ‘On Broadway’ in San Diego, and the Higgins Building in downtown Los Angeles. His ability to build and manage a diverse, efficient and united team is an asset to us, as is his great enthusiasm for the work he does which overflows to all that work around him.

A graduate in the field of electrical engineering from the Instituto Superior Politecnico Jose Antonio Echeverria, in Havana Cuba, Idalmis has gained great field experience in the construction of high rise buildings, commercial spaces, restaurants and more since her arrival in the United States. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Engineering at UCLA as well as her engineering license. Her fine mind and attention to detail make her an excellent manager and a pleasure to work with.
